BIDSI IMPROVED SUGGESTION ON IDEA
“I don't think dashboards or visualizations are the problem here.
I think it's the inherent paradox between "I want to give feedback anonymously, but the only way to do that is through the written, anonymous 'fish bowl' in the office." People (namely executives) use this and anonymous surveys in an attempt to create the environment for safe, critical feedback across levels and teams.
Not everyone communicates best with writing and, in fact, it's actually not ideal to communicate with writing.
Thus, the idea is simple. Live-feedback sessions with executives where the VIDEO AND AUDIO of the recieving participant is masked (or disguised / replaced with a deepfake of both video and voice). Thus preserving anonymity for the person giving feedback.
If this happens, you could give feedback in real-time with an executive that's more real and more helpful without the blowback of being super direct and having your face tied to it.
It could happen asynchronously ("Loom for anoynmous videos") or in-real time ("Zoom-masking for anonymous feedback sessions"). It could also happen in group contexts where multiple people are masked and can give feedback to superiors or peers.
Imagine a meeting with 6 masked people (all of whom are on the same team) and you have to give feedback on the person in the room. But you don't know which person they are. They're just, "dog" or "cat" or "horse" with different (agendered) voices.
Personally, a platform like this would be far more effective at using AI to encourage better feedback. Maybe that's what you meant by "active listening platform..." but I don't think so based on the description
