Solution: This post will focus on one of the most impressive predictions of the direction of technology that I’ve ever seen. Written by Nathan Myhrvold, “Road Kill on the Information Highway.” Published as a memo at Microsoft in September 1993 and originally given as a speech in July 1994, this work makes predictions about the worlds of communications, retail banking & financial services, wall street, print-based media, broadcast television networks, Hollywood, and personal computers 40 years into the future (2033).
