Problem: In a world where content needs to be produced (almost) every day for nearly every audience, it's challenging to find talent when you are crafting a very specific role.
Solution: A talent and modeling agency that posts role-specific job opportunities and recruits prospective agents on social media. These agents would opt-in, share personal relationships to the role being cast (optional), and apply for the opening with work requirements/preferences.
Monetization: Unlike the standard 10% booking fee, this lean startup would take 1% (or flat fee if less than minimum to cover costs) from either the talent or the broadcast/entertainment business
