Solution: A mailbox solution that scans all mail you receive and sends it to you via email, rather than being paper-only. This would make it impossible to lose your mail and also ensure that you never miss an important letter. It’s literal electronic mail, for your physical mail.
Monetization: Charge it as an additional perk to landlords and homeowners associations. Or offer it as a subscription service directly to end-users.
