Problem: It is nearly impossible to collaboratively create music with people online.
Solution: A platform that allows people to duet videos with one-another to create songs that can be sold to the general public, placed on a platform like Spotify, or get features credits. This has already begun happening organically on TikTok where three boys created a viral Acapella competition and Charlie Puth asked his followers to write lyrics for a song he was ideating on. This platform could eventually be used for songwriter crowdsourcing where songwriters could create a “reward” for writing the best lyrics to a specific beat. The platform could be seen as democratizing songwriting or democratizing music.
Monetization: Affiliate marketing and/or percentage of rewards that songwriters pay out.
