Problem: Most meditation today is done through audio from podcasts or apps like Headspace. What about other senses and forms of meditation?
Solution: A business that creates various types of “sensory meditation” for mental health and wellness that stretches beyond the basic “audio mindfulness” that is so popular today. It would include visual mindfulness (see this tweet for an example), taste mindfulness (I wrote about this on April 24, 2020 when I described Hedonic Eating), touch meditation, and scent meditation (perhaps through subscription box candles).
The Tweet I referenced before got me thinking about this idea: by looking at the image and choosing a “token” one is able to control the direction of the dots moving. II recommend viewing our website or the Tweet to try it for yourself.
The idea behind this is that your visual focus and choice of token (whether it’s moving your hands, pulling your tongue left or right, or wriggling your toes) mentally signals a change that your body expects to see manifest. A phenomenal example of the type of visual meditation this platform would invest in.
Monetization: Selling this service through subscription boxes, videos, applications, or more.
